Your treatment journey will begin with a consultation. During this initial visit, you will meet with Dr. Ducic to discuss your aesthetic goals and develop a personalized treatment plan. Dr. Ducic will also conduct a brief evaluation and review your medical history, verifying your eligibility for safe and successful surgery. In some situations, treatment can be performed on the same day, but a second appointment will usually be required following your consultation.
When arriving for your first visit, be sure to bring the following:
- Your referral slip and any X-rays or scans, if applicable. We prefer printed films rather than CDs.
- A list of medications you are presently taking.
- Completed medical insurance forms, if applicable.
- Your signed Photo Consent Form.
